How to rollover a F&O contract

ArthaChitra allows you to rollover a future or options contract to its new expiry at a click of a button.

• In Main View menu bar goto Settings > Rollover

• In the Rollover dialog, select the 'Instrument Type'

• Select the exchange

• Select the current expiry date

• Select the expiry date you wish to rollover. For monthly contracts entering any date of the contract month will be suffice, however for weekly contract please enter the exact expiry date.

• Check on the options you want to update, the views (like chart, market screener etc), instrument lists and replay symbols

• Click Ok to rollover

Please make sure to save the workspaces once you have rollover-ed to the new expiry.

Note: You must be disconnected to use this feature.
