How to add a connection

Please follow the below steps to add a new connection

• In Main View menu bar goto Connection > Add Edit Connection
• In the Add Edit Connection View click on the Add button
• In the New Connection View select the Connection Type
• Edit the connection parameters
• Click on the Close button

Now you will be able to connect to the newly created connection from, in Main View menu bar goto Connection > Available Connections > {name of the connection}

Please follow the below steps to edit a connection

• In Main View menu bar goto Connection > Add Edit Connection
• In the Add Edit Connection View select the connection you want to edit and click on the Edit button (visible once you select a connection)
• In the New Connection View edit the connection parameters
• Click on the Close button

Note: You cannot edit or delete the Replay or Simulator connection.

Please follow the below steps to add a new connection

• In Main View menu bar goto Connection > Add Edit Connection
• In the Add Edit Connection View click on the Add button
• In the New Connection View select the Connection Type as 'External Connection'
• Select the 'external connection' Type from the drop down menu
• Append a suitable name from the Name textbox
• If the connection needs further configuration it will be displayed. Please contact the developer of the 3rd party external connection for further details
• Click on the Close button
